ball python setup

pinstripes Sep 23, 2008 03:04 PM

I;ll be getting a ball python tomorrow and Im wondering which heating pad is best suited for ten gallon all glass tank? I saw some Zoo Med products, but the one for the ten gallon covers the whole bottom and I only need 1/3 of the tank covered? Do I get two of those 5 gallon sizes? thank you

The size for the 10 gallon tank shouldn't cover the whole bottom.... might check it again...

I would also recommend NOT sticking it to the glass- just lay it underneath-- that way you can move it later AND i have had a lot of tanks crack from the heat---
