Feeding mice to my dragon

I need to know if feeding my dragon pinky and fuzzy mice is just as healthy for her as feeding crickets. And i would also like more info on dragon diet such as what is good for them and what isnt.

Hi,I have been raising and breeding beardies for around 10 years now. As a rule I generally feed my dragons 80%- vegetation, 15%-crickets dusted once a week with calcium (2x a week for gravid females) and 5%-pinkies or fuzzies. I usually feed gravid females more often to keep eggs healthier. Hope this helps
