wierd normal

This snake hatched with one other normal and 2 mojaves. The other normal is a cool looking black back, but this snake has a different look to it too. It has a cool burnt orange color to her and a clean belly. What's wierd about her is she has the spider head wobble. Has anyone else had normals with the head wobble? What causes that?Tell me what you think about her.
