Super Motleys and Jungles?

shot Sep 24, 2008 02:24 PM

Has anyone produced anything with super motley or super jungle yet and if so what were the results? I know they have been around long enough to breed but I have not heard of anyone producing anything with them. Thanks in advance for any input.

A question that has been asked alot...???

Are there any answers? It would suck if for some reason supers could not reproduce.

Actually we know they have been produced meaning
SuperJungle and Super Motley.
The"?" question at hand is whether or not a Super Jungle has produced any viable offspring?
And/or If a Super Motley has yet to produced any viable offspreing?

I don't have any first hand knowledge, but I've heard it reported that Super Jungles have successfully reproduced. I've heard no such reports about Super Mots, but that certainly dones't mean that it hasn't happen. Hopefully someone with first hand knowledge (or at least reliable second hand knowledge, maybe with some details...?) will respond. I'm interested in hearing the results as well.

No. He has not successfully bred a super-jungle.

This is contrary to the rumor that goes around saying the original jungle from Sweeden was a super.

Regarding super-mots - I have not heard anything about them producing yet.

Ryan you hit on the one point I've been questioning for some time.
I was under the same impression that the first Jungle breedings produced Super Jungle Boas. From those Supers I thought came much of the American stock. Its never been a very clear picture.Reading the story a few years ago implied that SuperJungles were used to produce more Jungles. That's how I understood the explanation,I'm curious.
If the Super Jungle cannot produce viable offspring will this do further damage to this Morphs value or not ,LOL .Super Jungles become very beautiful pets?

I am with you, I hope they can reproduce and be more than just beautiful pets. If they can not reproduce I think it will have a negative impact on the price of both morphs. Then again with the prices already dropping as they are it might not have any affect on the price but I bet it will make people that work with these morphs change up their breeding plans. Thanks for all of the input and hopefully these supers will prove out to be more than just beautiful pets in the near future.
