My staples are collard, dandelion greens, and escarole. I sometimes add arrugala, mustard, chicory, very rarely romaine. Some veggies I use often are butternut or acorn squash, sweet potato, snap peas, parsnip, and carrots, once in a while frozen mixed veggies which has peas, corn, green beans, and carrot. Fruit I use mostly as a treat. Raspberries, mango, strawberry, grapes, apples. Today I fed out collard, mustard, escarole greens, and on top some shredded squash, and sweet potato, and rep-cal pellets soaked in Gatorade and water. If I feel like adding something different as a treat or variety I go to www.beautifuldragons.com they have a nice list of foods, and nutrients they contain. If you go to this page not everything listed is good to feed regularly. There is a legend make sure to follow it to pick some foods for your dragon.

Mystical Dragons

Depends how much work you want to put into it. If you are like me and want to make feeding and maintanance as efficient as possible, then I have a suggestion. Pick up the t-rex BD Veggie Maintanace Formula. It is a complete food with all the Macro and Micronutrients your dragon needs. It is a powder that is sprinkled onto your salad liberally. Since it is a complete food in itself, it does not matter what your salad consists of. The salad is just the deliver medium of the diet. Think of it as rep-cal pellets in a powder form only better. The reason I say that is because there is minimal processing that goes into the manufacture of the product. The ingredients are just milled and blended. Rep-cal pellets are mixed, heated, and extruded. Hope this info helps.
