Dont worry about which snakes would be the best to invest in. Breed and keep what you like. Which snakes appeal to you? If you constantly spend money on the snakes that are hot right now, by the time you start breeding it, something else will be the new hot item and the one you have will be worth half of what you spent, maybe less.
Bottom line, find something you like and stick with that. There are plenty of colors/patterns out there to satisfy just about anybody. I personally took a liking to motleys and arabesques. Other people like hypos, some people like breeding snakes of a certain locale such as suriname. Buy the ones YOU like.
I never have been a big fan of motleys and they're big now but i don't have any for that reason, I prefer the suglows and arabesque boas, so my next project is the Arabesque Sunglow, already have been done and I'm sure by the time i get them they're price will be dramatically reduced but oh well it's what i like. A thought is combine 2 morphs you really like, maybe my next project might be sunglow motley arabesques since i love the motley arabesque cross
Just my thoughts
Thanks
Zack

I also agree that at this point in don't let financial gain drive the decision! Let your eyes and what you like! Jungles and any kind of true albino are what get me excited, Buy what you like and you won't go wrong.
Some of what I like!!!

Dennis:
I personally think the motley crew is one of the best investment morphs. When you think about the infancy of this morph and all of the improvements that can be made through selective breeding, it has to be one of the top projects.
Below is a photo of my 2 year old male albino motley. Can you imagine how the albinos and sunglow motleys will look 5 years from now after Matt Crabe's red line or Tom Burkes lipstick line that Shane Kinney is so wisely working with. Not to mention the albino super motley that will soon be showing up in decent numbers.

Yes the motley is my choice.

Wow! That´s a great lookning albino motley! I do work with motleys, but the CA type. I´ll also soon have some leopardboas in my collection.
The motleys has great potential, my T albino will be bred to my motley female and in a few years produce a motley t .
Great responses, thanks!
I think the motley, arabesque, and jungle are still great investments.
Just about any investment boa will pay off if you stick with the project, even if the first boa value drops by 50%. Do the math on one or two seasons of neonates. It should work out positively in almost any morph.
