About a foot long?

Yes, a juvenile Northern Black Racer(Coluber c. constrictor)

They gradually loose their blotch pattern as they mature, and become solid black to blackish gray.

I forgot to mention that the tiny racer is absolutely 100% harmless, so please don't harm it, and let it go on it's merry little way..LOL!
