Xenon and halogen lights?

Does anyone know if these lights give off enough heat to keep some kings at 85 during the winter? Or do they give off any heat at all for that matter? I was at Home Depot today pricing out parts for a new rack and saw 5 puck lights for under cabinet mounting for $30. Not too bad of a price but I wonder how bright they are and how much heat they put off. Thanks.
