okeeteekid Sep 28, 2008 12:50 PM

while cleaning out their cage i thought i would share a pic of them with you guys, the one on the branch is the female and the one in the back is the male, the male is starting to turn really yellow throughout his whole body, even his belly is turning yellow to bad my camera does not pick up yellows that well as he is much more yellow in person, thanks john j for this fabulous pair.

Glad you like them Greg!

Opinions vary and I did not produce them and have no reason to make them more than they are, but Matts Peruvians last year and the ones this year are the best I have seen in years and I feel very priveledged that we were able to promote them for Matt.

Just wished I would have kept more and will not make that mistake twice.

Take Care, John J

Those are pretty boas!
.
I don't see a lot in them that characterizes the top looks in a Pucallpa boa in particular... that's only my opinion.
.
Good luck with those boas.

Oh, my lands.

As I sit here pondering the question that I have never been to much of a coward to ask; " who is the authority on what a particular Locale Boa, is supposed to look like????? "

There is NONE.

For the first time, I can actually give EVIDENCE on how rediculous the notions that some have are.

Here are pictures " PHOTOGRAPHED IN PUCALLPA " all animals were caught " IN PUCALLPA PERU!! "

Now, after looking at these pictures, if anyone STILL wants to argue this point; " you will be arguing with yourself, because I will never again try to prove this point,THEY ARE VARIABLE and I AM DONE. "

Enjoy and get EDUCATED, John J
