Baby fence lizards

what in the world do baby Fence lizards eat because i have one and what are there home needs i need all the information required thanx

They will eat very small crickets. Dust the crix every 3rd time with a good brand of calcium powder. Make sure you have a good UVB fluorescent bulb (like Reptisun 5.0) on a timer so that they get sufficient UV. Otherwise they can get metabolic bone disease. Make sure they have a shallow bowl of fresh water

Include some rocks and driftwood branches for them to climb on. Watch it on having incandescent basking lights. Tiny lizards are VERY sensitive to overheating. My baby fence lizards are doing great with only their UVB fluor light.

Do it a favor and let it go. Babby fence lizards can be verry tricky to maintain if they are to small to eat crickets. It has a much better chance out in the wild.

I used to breed western's, and I found babies that were fed a vit. supplement w/ vit.A did very poorly compared to a supplement w/ beta carotene. The adults were the opposite, however.
