It's been 10 weeks since my adult female Cal king has eaten anything. She has defecated once and has been drinking water. There have been no signs of health problems other than her lack of appetite. Temperatures have been slightly cool - 76F (cool side) and 80F (warm side)- but very rarely below 74F. Humidity ranges from 50-60%. I have tried to contact my herp vet, but he has not returned my calls. I will likely be taking her to the vet this weekend, but I wanted to know what you guys thought.
Should I get the vet to force feed her yet? She is still quite active in her tank, but is not interested in the F/T rat. She has noticeably lost weight, though her musculature is still good.
Any advice is appreciated.
