Apricot peublan vs pueblan breeding

dude21361 Sep 30, 2008 07:26 PM

My normal area of knowledge lies with the balls and boas, but recently I purchased a milk snake and fell in love instantly. I puchased an Apricot pueblan male. If I was to purchase a normal Pueblan female, what could they produce? Would it be a variety of normals and apricots? Or would it be some other morph combo or would one be het for the other? Thanks, Manny

you would most definitely get both as these traits are codominant genes.

Thanks for the info. The pics dont show a huge difference in the apricots and normals and resulting offspring. There is a combo of color in the babies but not worth a new breeding project. Thanks again, manny

I always get all apricots when I breed a normal male to an apricot female.
