Tought to be absolutely certain without knowing details of your caging, temps and past history. To start with, allow your snake to soak in a secured covered tub for 30 minutes or so using tepid/lukewarm water. The depth of the water should only be about 3/4 the height of the snake. Do this once or twice and the remain shed should be able to be carefully rubbed off.

Sometimes, the nares get shed stuck in them and make the wonderful kazzoo effect and if this blocks the passage enough the snake will try to dislodge it. They will rub, sneeze and other things to get the airway cleared. If there is a respiratory condition going on, you humidty may be too low and they are getting dried out. Look for fluid in the mouth or foamy bubbles from the nose and mouth.

Good luck.
