what makes the best looking BEL?

irishanaconda Oct 01, 2008 02:05 AM

and if u had a mojave girl what would you preffer to have as a male for her if you were looking to produce the best looking bel. this gene kinda confuses me because of the various hets that can be used to make a blue eyed lucy. im not trying to breed any BELs ne time soon im just confused. also with the bowerball ball python gene kinda confuses me. anyone have a 08' updated picture guide on new morphs and old ones?

I personally do not breed Bel's yet but I have heard that the lessers make some of the best. If I were you i may consider picking up a male lesser that you can breed to your female mojave then you could breed him to some normals as well and get some more lessers as well.

Also as to your question about the bowerballs, I am assuming you ment powerballs because I have no clue what a bowerball is but pics of them are very hard to find but someone did post a pic of what may be on just the other day in the forum- Who needs Spotnoses in their projects... - primevalbeauty, Sep 30, 2008 on KS in the ball forum page. May want to check it out; however the baby ball is dead but it looks neat. Other wise the only good pic I have come across is in Nerds book the Compleat ball python (where I first found out about them). I am kind of suprise that you don't see very many of them myself.

Just my two pennies,
matt
