I'm thinking of picking up a few adult bloods and was wondering what the safest weight to breed them is. Thanks in advance!

It really is a combination of age and "healhty" weight. Males can breed earlier at 18 months but the older the better for fertility. Young males just don't seem to do the job well in my experience. Females should be at least 4 years old and at least 8lbs of healthy, non-obese weight. This is a minimum and bigger, older is better for clutch size and hatching success.
