How do you maintain pets that require a lower tempature?

As I've been looking through reptiles I've come across some information on Chameleons that requre a 60-85 F temperature. Currenty my house is about a constant 75. How do you provide such animals with the conditions they need?

Hi-

A humidifier and or misting with a low watt heat bulb for basking. Also a small fan will create a light breeze. Hope this helps!
