shed problems

I just got my first Pastel ball python. When i got him he was going into shed. He shed everything but the bottom jaw, half of his head and the first inch or two of his neck. Anyony have any ideas how to fix this problem.

give him a nice half hour soak in luke warm water and if it's still on, try and help remove it

make sure that if you help to hold his head firm so that he doesn't have swing to strike you, but don't choke the poor little guy either just simply hold him and rub the skin. After a good soak it shouldn't take much to get it off. Also be careful around the eyes wouldn't want to lose one of those.
