Blue Eyes

I came across a Female Red-Gold Bearded Dragon that I was told was Hypo. She has blue eyes and that was what I was told made her Hypo. But she dosen't have clear nails. Are there different grades of Hypo and what is the blues eyes about, if. Not about Hypo?
