I really like this one

I was fortunate to have produced many colorful Kings here this season. I do not usually pay much attention to the color of babies on their sides....the orange and reds usually disappear anyway. I have seen many colorful babies turn into colorless brown and dirty yellow adults with little speckling.
Lavender Brooksi are very variable and different extremes of the coloration are seen within any given clutch. I bred my Sulfur Lavender male to a possible het Hypo female and though all the babies are nice with high band counts and decent yellow, this guy here just smoked them all. Only one other baby was similar but this one was pick of the litter. A great looking baby, can't wait to see this guy in a year!
