Anyone working with L.t. annulata?

jeffb Oct 06, 2008 10:15 AM

You don't see them much in the classifieds and they were always my favorites. I remember Forks had some 36 in. orange necked monsters that came from east of Freer. I spent a lot of time down there and never came up with anything that big. I remember Frank having a weekend where he found like 10 or 12 D.O.R.s back in the early 90s.

I might go down and see if I can collect some photos this spring.

I think Dan Eby was working with some, and I think it was the Hardys(??)that had that albino line....but I could have this name wrong. That is another ssp whos popularity suffered because it was just too easy to care for.....much like Hondos now.

Susan Hardy was her name if I'm remembering correctly.
Awesome looking snakes.
Too pricey though.
