tail wagging

HandofMidas Oct 06, 2008 10:32 PM

anybody else have a ball that wags its tail, almost like a lure? i first noticed it when feeding it one time(the guy who i got it from fed it live, and so i did at first, but shes teasefeeding F/T nicely, but anyway...) it looked like she was using her tail as a lure to get the mouse to investigate, kinda like a alli snapper does its tounge. and she has only done it when feeding. anybody else notice this in their snake?

imho...I's a sign of being excited...Some do it when they know it's feeding time..and most do it when paired up at breeding season(Although, whether it's signifys good or bad excitement is another matter.)

Yeah I have a female who does it when paired up with a male. She goes nutz so an aggressive male is required.
