That makes me wonder if RDR produces more lesser pieds if they will be variable or not.

xXVanXx Oct 08, 2008 05:09 AM

Yea I kind of think they would Even, after seeing this and a few others. But seeing that SOLID White Lesser Pied. I like it,but Ive always liked white Snakes and Pieds. Ive been trying to make just a Pied for Years now. I think back and all the Years into this Pied Project. Its been around 60 eggs now so its safe to say there not hets... And someone owes Me now big time. I remember 7 years ago now, that he didn't produce this het male ,but He put his name on it... If my Brother was still here "May He rest in Peice" Ive been pounding grade A oats up a Dead mules behind. I need to talk with the Person I got this het male its the only one he didn't Produce... Ahh enough of that Ill save that for Tinley.

That Baby Pied Mojave is very Nice . I wish I had a couple of those and I should by now!! Congrats on that sweet little baby Pied its one of a kind........ Again Congrats on Produceing such a wicked little Pied."~

Becky --

Big congratulations on an awesome project! I really like the champagne like coloring on them -- it will be interesting to see if it maintains into adulthood - please keep the pictures coming.

Congrats again.

But Pieds ruin pretty much everything they touch. I just don't get the appeal of the Clorox gene.

Explicit_Reptiles Oct 08, 2008 11:28 AM

Becky, you lucky thing you. They look great, love the way the pattern came out with only a gold marking and not much else.

Congrats and still got my fingers crossed on bringing one home LoL.............

Sorry guys I have been at work all day with no internet connection...
thanks so much for all the congrats and responses to the post. We are really excited about this group.

Thanks to Heather for taking some really nice photos of the Mojave Pieds, and coming up with such a cleaver name
"WhiteGold" how did you do that?

I have received varification from the higher power in Ball Pythons that they should actually be referred to as Pied Mojaves not the other way around.

Regardless, we are excited about continuing the project and the possibility of producing the "Super Pied Mojave" or "Super WhiteGold".

Heres a photo as requested of the whole clutch.

Thanks

Becky -- I think when referring to their genetic make up you could go with either Mojave Pied or Pied Mojave either/or -- however in the super format it would be Super Mojave Pied or Pied Super Mojave because you are supering the Mojave not the pied. If that makes sense.

Or just stick with the given name.. LOL

Congrats again.
