what would you purchase???

dude21361 Oct 08, 2008 08:54 AM

I have 2 female graziani pastels and I want to purchase one more female of another morph. Next year I will purchase a male to breed to all 3 females. I have tossed around the idea of a bumbleebee female or a super pastel female, but then what male would you buy next year. So the question is what female would you invest in now and in turn what male do you buy next year? I was also thinking of getting 1 more female pastel and then next year purchasing the male bumblebee. Its a very vague subject that has many options. What would you guys do? Thanks for the info and your time, Manny

Female bee is a good choice.

Sorry ,get a male bee.

Terry is right, a female bee is a good choice. Then maybe a male lemon blast. Then you could produce super pastels, bees, killer bees, lemon blasts, super blasts, spinner blasts, or even a super blast! -Jared Carr

I personally would go away from picking up a bumble bee female just because you already have 2 pastel females which will give you the pastel color I would consider picking ups some other morph that could be used to make a bee like a lesser or something and then run with a spider male then you could have bumble bees and lesser bees or what ever in 2 years. Also it has a lot to do with what type of morphs you really like and how much you are willing to put on the table to get there.

just an idea,

If you are looking to stick with codoms I would go with either a lesser or pinstripe female this year and either a black pastel or lesser male next year.

I would get a pin female this year and a bee male next year. You could make a lot of cool stuff with those pairings.
