Sistrurus miliarius question

I was just curious about finding Sistrurus in Florida in the winter months (December and January). I am planning to go on a backpacking trip then and am VERY interested in photographing wild Sistrurus. Can anyone suggest any areas, times, or ways of finding them, as I am not at all familiar with Sistrurus (I am from Kentucky). Thanks for any help.
