Cageing Q for Chris Allen Stackable cage

InTheBlue Oct 08, 2008 02:17 PM

I was wandering where you aquired those cages in your last post. They are really nice. I'm getting back into dragons as well and don't want to use the breeder aquarums anymore. The stackable ones you have would be much more space efficient... Cute kiddo btw... and that dragon he was holding is HUGE! Very nice.

Thanks,
Robert Wood

I built them, I just built 3 more yesterday actually, this time using precut 4 x 2 pieces of melamine from home depot(only costs $10 more per cage for the wood and its much easier to deal with quarter sheets instead of whole 4 x 8 sheets of melamine). All said and done they probably cost around 80-100 each to build, thats with large vents, an incandescent ceramic socket, a dual 2ft strip light, and sliding plexi glass doors.

That dragon my son is holding is a hypo produced by Matt from Mystical Dragons......thanks

Hey Chris sorry to bother you, but could you give me a outline of the cage build, and a rough idea of material. Looks like I can finally have a dragon wall!

Thanks
