NOW, when everybody else is thinking about taking a nap???? This is wracking my nerves! LOL! I planned on having clutches in the Spring, but I might be tending to Christmas babies!
Well, that is, if she will drop them already.

Thankfully no!!! I am hoping for cooler weather soon so that our lizards can brumate.

Hey Nuno !! Congratulations x
You better send me some photos when they hatch... I havent spoken to you for such a long time, where you been hiding??
I just been looking at a Lucky Herp II incubator... can be used as a cooler for reptiles in winter, so going to use that to cool my collareds down. Last winter was really warm in the UK so I dont want to risk that again.
Speak soon x x x

Awww! They are precious!
Actually, mine seems to have changed her mind.
I will watch her, but she seems smaller today. I think she might be reabsorbing her eggs. That is OK! I wasn't planning to incubate eggs until Spring anyway.
Yea its her first time, I was surprised to be honest. She's only 18 months old, has been in with my little auriceps pair since she was 4 weeks old, and has never shown any sign of colour.
I decided the auriceps male needed to put some weight on before brumation so put the females in with a texan male purely so I can monitor the auriceps fella's diet (I've been reducing their photoperiod also, and have cut their diet). The texan is still erm.. hormonal and it would appear that she has responded to that.

Of the poor little beached whale. LOL! Doesn't she look miserable? When is she gonna drop 'em????

Wow doesnt she have strange markings?? Almost like a male insularis type... obviously not the case at all, but still unusual all the same x

From the White Tank area. She is a cross between insularis and what used to be called C. baileyi.
Yea i figured as much, I like her a lot x
