I am planning to begin breeding for the first time after much research into the matter. My thought process is to have 3 projects at first:
het pied x het pied - not enough start up capital for homozyg
het albino x het albino - same capital constraints
pastel x pastel - create a super and match with a spider at a later time and eventually with xanthic
Anyone have any thoughts? I think this a good way to begin with putting up $5k in established breeders. The ultimate goal is xanthic killer bees within a few years similar to those produced at NERD.
I do have one question that I can not seem to find the clear answer to: is the "jungle pastel" just another way of saying pastel? Or is it a distinctly different co-dom morph of pastel?
