Breeding question

Ok, Im almost ready to start introducing my males to my females. I got a few quick questions. I have 2 adult males and 2 adult females, Can or should I be switching the males with the females or should I keep one male with one female and the other male with the other female. Does it matter if I am switching them around. Also what temps do they breed best at.
