It has been way too long since I posted pics. I went to take a pic of Mickey to show my large 2 year old male to post in another thread. Well, Mickey is blue, so no pics of him. Plus he was out of his moss pitt, and I did not want a mad 6 foot snake due to handling while blue and the camera flash.
I then noticed one of my spotted pythons had just shed, so I decided pics of all of them were in order.
First up is Leopard my male. He now has his adult colors – as he does not have the contrasts that he once had. Children’s python usually turn completely brown as adults, and this is why I have the spotted pythons - as they still retian colors

Next up is Malificent (the one that shed). She has markings more closely to a Stimson’s Python (more like blotches), and is just starting to transition into her adult colors – less contrast. I hope to get eggs from her this breeding season.

Last but not least is SpotDot who I bought to share shipping charges with Malificent. She is a great looking girl and still has the brighter contrast of a non-adult spotted. She is another year off of breeding, but I am glad I have her.
