What would be a possible outcome?

mmfrankford Oct 13, 2008 03:30 PM

OK I feel like a lurker as I read threads more than I post. Well anyway I have a possible combo I would like to breed down the road. I think I might know what the outcome might be, but thought to ask since the motley/ stripe genome thing messes me up. I have a male rootbeer(emoryi x motley amelanistic) and a female amelanistic stripe. What would be a possible outcome from this breeding?

Thanks.

Melissa

I also have a miami phase banded male, but so far don't plan on breeding this guy to anything.

Oops I don't know what I hit that made the sentence cut like that? Anyway I forgot to mention that the female amelanistic stripe is not an intergrade.

I definitely would say to any owner that they are corn x emoryi. Thanks for the info.

Yeah I'll get pictures up. I should have mentioned that this project is still a bit away. The rootbeer is a yearling, the amel stripe is about 5 months old, and the banded miami is a hatchling.
