My new addition!!!

This is my first boa of any kind, but when I saw this guy I thought he was gorgeous and not your typical ball python (the other snake I have). I am VERY proud of him, although I wish I didn't have to pay what I paid for him! Is $350 about normal? I figure a local breeder, proven eater and good reputation for being a snake that is handled regularly was a good thing.

But he's about 5 1/2 feet long, about 4 years old and getting ready to shed. Here's a pic of him nonetheless!
