It's amazing how differently things work out sometimes. In this case, the double recessive animal was the first to hatch from the only clutch of eggs, amazing. I'm normally not that lucky. In 2004 I went through 22 eggs before I got my first VPI Snow! Even then I felt very fortunate when the first Snow hatched.
