My snakes have been breeding together every time I look in the cages now. I have two males and two females. How likely is it that they will actually produce babies?

Also they have a respiratory infection and I wanted to know if the medicine for that would be bad for the babies or cause complications?

Anyone know a reptile doctor in the Eastern Iowa area? I can't find one to take my snakes to for the RI
