Areas included the Big Bend region of River Road and 118. Climatic conditions included monsoon rains at times, running washes, ideal nights, some not ideal nights, cool temps day time, very clouded over cast days and nights, etc. While several people tried Black Gap, we did not. The most dominate snake seen was the black-tailed rattler ( 30 in all of eveybodies observatons ), there were atrox, pictigasters, lepidus and only one mojave. The non-venomous included, night snakes, red coachwhips, splendida, bulls, subocs, longnose, and a alterna reported collected. More on the alterna page/gray-band forum.
