Im new to all these but anyways I been having my snake for a lil over a week now, and was wondering when do they go to the restroom..lol I feed him on Wednesday so about how long do they take to defecate.. Are how often do they..

thats kind of a hard question to answer, thats just like me asking you when are you going to go, you just don't know, every snake is different. depending if you fed it a sm mice, rat, and how many its hard to say. don't worry It'll happen.

Depending on when he last defecated... it could be tomorrow or it could be six weeks from now.

You read that correctly: six weeks.

It's not uncommon for them to go long periods without defecating (longer than you would expect is a good estimate). As long as he is feeding and voiding (urinating) he'll eventually defecate.

P.S. In case no one warned you their "urine" is solid. It's called urate and it will be white, chalky and pebble shaped. Sometimes it also contains yellow or green pieces.... don't freak out when you see it.

I have had it 4 weeks
skipped first weeks feeding
ate 1 hopper mouse
ate 1 rat pup
ate 3 ASF rat fuzzies
No poop, I aint worried I asked the same question weeks ago.

just be happy you dont have to clean it up yet..... no one told me that they start to poop the size of a dogs poop!!!!
