Haven't had an update on her for a while.

eh... so-so ... She finally opened her eye part way... its very swollen still and sunken in (swollen and sunk in at the same time- i know that sounds confusing).
Her eye is open but she doesn't appear to have vision out of that eye. If you put your finger up to her good eye, she starts blinking and backing up... if you put your finger up to her good eye, you can touch her lashes or eye lid ... like she doesn't see your finger coming... if that makes sense...

We have 2 appointments on Nov. 13th one with plastic surgery and one with the eye doctor... I called and asked about the eye today.. she isn't able to open the lid all the way yet- so we are definately looking at another surgery in the near future ... Going to have to tighten some of the muscles around the eye, that control the lid and if her vision isn't back soon, then she will loose the eye.
Dr. said on the phone that the eye can't stay too long or the nerves behind it will die from not being used and can actually start decaying in her head... and thats bad..

My camera is dead... I can take pictures, I just can't get them off the camera- so its going to be repaired this week (I hope) and I'll get some new pictures up.
