I can imagine that it will look similar to this iguana when it is an adult. This blue iguana was in my possession years ago and was 95% blue with a little bright green on his belly. I have never seen another one like him in the last 13 years.

do have any other adult pics? That's very curious. The reddish stuff around the head is reminiscent of the delicatissima (sp?). What happened to him- did he just pass on?

I had a young adult male years ago that came from Peru. Powder blue head and the body was slightly less blue than the head and no black bands on the tail. He was the only one I've ever had that showed that coloration, but I have seen them once in a great while over the years. Beautiful Iggy in your picture!
