63 days and eggs have dented & sunken in

scheeseboro85 Oct 22, 2008 09:38 PM

So for my first clutch of eggs from the male and female I got from you, its been 62 days and for the past 2 days, the eggs have been sinking in and turned leathery. I ready somewhere this usually happens several hours before hatching but is it normal for this to occur for an ongoing 2 days?
have been using hatchrite medium to incubate in a deli container at 82-85 degrees F. If it dried out i added a few drops of water to the edges as the water is supposed to disperse itself. I really hope after 3 months this pair of eggs is not good. Id be so crushed. I have added some pics

I'm sorry but to me it looks like you may have lost them. you can give them a few more days but they may have dried out. whenever mine did that and I opened the egg carefully the babies inside were dead.
