I don't know about GA, but in Florida...the permit is extremely difficult to obtain if you are not an already established research, rehabilitation, or educational facility.

So just a class 3 isnt enough I am assuming....I run a samll educational facility.....What kind of premit do I need?...Or what is it called?

No, a class 3 is not enough.

Tomorrow I will see one of my friend's who runs a wildlife rehab center and does have the permit. I'll see if he can give me any more info.
