is there any way to delete old accounts? also is there a way to change current e-mail address and password? im sick of not being able to get e-mail/msg if need b through here.

Towards the top of every page, second row of links, far right is the My Account link, click there and all you asked about should be there.

To delete an old account you will need to send the name of the account (and email I expect) using the 'contact us' at the bottom of the My Account page, I am quite sure you can't delete your own accounts.
Passwords and email addresses can be changed on the My Account page.
