KEEPING WOMAS TOGETHER

i just got my first pair of womas 1.1 cb08s is it ok to keep them together,ive asked the only breeder of womas i know (jay eaton) he said that usually its ok,just keep them well fed.
any other thoughts on this would be great thanks in advance for your help

I wouldn't, but then I never keep more than one animal per cage, anyway.

I've had various sized womas for about 5 years now and sometimes they are housed together, but usually not. I've only ever kept similar-sized ones together, but never had any problems. I supervise feedings, but other than that I don't sweat it. Also, I've never heard of anyone having one of their womas eat another...

I think you'll be fine to keep them together, although I agree with Jaykis and like to keep all my snakes individually for a number of reasons.

Good luck and please let us know if one eats the other so next time I can offer different advice

thanksforthe reply they seem fine,although the male is pissy as hell striking at me through the glass s'ing up he is a little tough guy. but if one eats the other ill lt you know

I would not keep them together. While they are young it might be OK but , as adults womas will breed year round. They do not produce eggs with out a proper cooling, but that is a lot of abuse for your female.
