It looks like a species of Erythrolamprus, but I don't know which species from that video.

I agree. Erythrolamprus aesculapii, mimus or triangulum. (False coral) Where was the video taken? The silvery bands look wide.

The profile of the poster says he's from Ecuador, and another of his videos says he works as a guide in Ecuador.

If it's Ecuador I would definately say A. elaps
I picked up a very similar specimen in Ecuador a couple of years ago. It is now pickled at the Ecuadorian Natural History Museum but I'm quite sure it is the same species. However, I know some changes were being made at the time to the Atractus genus, so it may not be elaps any more.

I'm pretty sure that's an Atractus sp. I think elaps although that species may have been split up by now. If anyone has a copy of Lamar's Venomous Snakes book check out the similar species section and I believe one is pictured there. The species is quite variable from what I understand
