..I saw the "Giants" episode tonight.It had a wild retic that was,as proclaimed,40+ ft. long,in Indonesia.Isn't this the same one from a few years ago?It had a twisted tooth,scrawny man fondling/crawling on top of her,in a zoo's cage.Weren't they trying to sell it on the internet,and it turned out to be around 22 feet??If it was more than 30 feet,doesn't the American Natural History museum still have the $50K reward for one to display??...

I saw the same show, That was the same snake. If I recall correctly it measured out to 23 feet. That lame ass show last night said that it was 52 feet long and weighed in excess of 900 pounds. Just looking at the footage of the snake compared to the keeper you could tell that it wasn't 52 feet long. It's just more hype and sensationalism to increase ratings and viewers.
It would be nice if there were shows that stated facts instead of fantasy. The show should be called "The fantastic tall tales as told by network executives".
