What happened to Tony Hurt from SnakeEvolutions.com?
He vanished.
I wanted to update him on the snakes I bought from him but no luck...

He hit a rough patch and then bailed -- his wife has taken over the snakes I believe.

A guy in PA bought some 100 % hets from Tony that did not prove out at least two years in a row. He contacted Tony and Tony refused to do anything about it. I personally have some 100% het Albinos and 100% het Clown males from Tony that have yet to prove out. I have bred all at least one time with no substantial results. I thought Tony was such a nice guy with nice animals, and not the type to do this type of thing. But facts remain as well as accusations. Tony dropped out of sight and sound....what does that say to those of us with questions??

Ouch. That does sound kinda suspicious.

Like I said, I only bought a pastel male and a few normal females from him, and both normal females proved out to be female, so I had no complaints.
I just was wondering where he went. Sounds like I may have gotten my answer....

Yea Im sorry to hear about the hets thing with him, that just goes to show you that no matter how long someones been doing this that money gets the best of some people. But that puts small less well known people like most of us in a hard spot trying to sell our hets. But the only deal I had with Tony I bought a VPI Axanthic breeder male from him a few years ago and he has done his job. BTW Susan how have you been I got a het albino female from you in late 06 early in 07 (I think, I cant remember I have a terrible memory) but she may goe this year shes right around 1200 grams and is a hell of an eater.
