I have a 3 month old beardie still living in a 20 Gal long terrarium. Her next cage is equivalent to a 100 Gal terrarium. My question is when is it time to move her into the bigger cage? Thanks

Bigger is always better as long as the temps. are right. I move my hatchlings from baby bins after about 2 weeks right to 4' x 2' enclosures and have never had a problem.
I like to give them some time in tubs, or would recommend partitioning the cage. It just seems easier for them to be right there near the food that gets dropped in. Keep it warm, bright, and feed feed feed. I use two different size tubs, both are the same width/height but one of them is much longer. I move them from hatchling in the small tub into the bigger tub around 8-10" and then into full size cages in the 12" range.
I agree with Chris. I find that sometimes moving into a giant cage too fast can be stressful, and make hunting harder. I would recomend moving him whenever you want, but start by partitioning off the cage so its smaller and make it larger as he grows
