I just got a dragon from the pet store, and they said it may be gravid. Is there a sure way to tell. It looks really really fat. Also are there some signs on how to tell when it is going to lay the eggs? Thanks for any help

If she is gravid, you should be able to feel the eggs in her belly (If she is far enough along). They will feel marble sized. Depending on when she got bred, you could have eggs from now until 3 weeks from now. She will start digging like crazy, and go off eating a few days before she is due to lay.
Hope this helps...But it is hard to notice behaviour differences when she is a "new dragon" and has unknown habits.
Why did a pet store sell you a gravid female?
