lost snake

garpes01 Oct 29, 2008 07:20 AM

We have a milk snake that has broken free. We keep him in a well contained room but we beleive he has gotten into the air return vents under the floor of the house. He has escaped before and we found him crawling out of another return vent. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what we can do to find him? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Look at night. I generally find escaped snakes crawling around at night.

I've heard people suggest putting some flour on the floor to see where they've been crawling.
