I went looking for Acrylic sheets to make a container, but what makes it different from Polycarbonate and crystalite? How do I tell them apart if the sales people have no clue and there is no label?

I meant what is the difference between Acrylic, Plexiglass, and Crystalite? Do they use different adhesives? I am looking to turn a 10-gallon tank into a trickle filter...

Plexiglass is a brand name of acrylic, they are the same thing. Im not sure what Crystalite is.
