All of them are exceptional, but I really like #'s 1,2,3,10

Greg:

Thanks...I like those as well. Head pattern on #10 is pretty interesting.

Beautiful animals as always, I really love the first 4.
I hatched one out that looks like number 4 off of an older applegate pair this year. I held all 7 of the clutch back.

Thanks, Michelle. You have a good eye...#4 is an Applegate line. Holding back all 7? They must be really exceptional!

you are welcome Bob, The Applegates are one of my favorites they usually have some distinct features.
The female that produced the 7 egg bound and it was really a horrible ordeal that was by the grace of God she pulled through. So I decided to keep them for the time being. they are really kind of old school with lots of alternates but nothing bright or fancy just all reduced black old school animals. The neat thing is they all fed on frozen thawed without being teased or scented and all hatched out really large. I have still not took any pic's of them but hope to this week.
Have a wonderful weekend

I see many baby thayeri in your future LOL

Very nice collection Bob, embrace the addiction. They are one of my all time favorite snakes and with laws in Texas being what they are I am going to follow suit.

"Embrace the addiction." That rolls off the tongue easily. They are fun snakes to work with, that's for sure.

Cheers,

Darn Bob that is one heck of a line up! Very nice. makes me wish my collections was as large as it once was but a man has to know his limitations!

Tony:

Thanks. It does not help in trying to keep numbers low that the group exhibits so much variation. And, someday there will be more to add to the collective picture as new material becomes available from Mexico. What we see here in US collections is derived from such a tiny portion of the native range.

Cheers,
