Ringneck babies

JoeW Sep 07, 2003 07:23 PM

My Son and I were out for a walk this spring and he found a couple of gneck snakes. I told him we could keep them for a while but we would have to put them back in a few weeks. Well a couple months later and we had eggs. We had them set up in a natural like tank so I just let the eggs stay in there. So far 8 out of 11 hatched. Two others are moving around, and one I messed up a few weeks ago.
These are some really small baby snakes!

I'll see if I can get some pics up in the next few days.
Joe

I can imagine...I have found 3 baby Tx. Browns in the past year that were well under 2 inches just out in the open. Talk about luck...I thought a worm had flopped up on the surface lol. Good luck with 'em. Andy
